Common questions

How long does an order take?

Timing depends on the product, order quantity, sample approval, manufacturing schedule and shipping destination. We'll discuss the estimated lead time with you during the quotation stage before you confirm your order.

Can I order a sample first?

Sample availability depends on the product and manufacturing partner. If sampling is available, we'll coordinate the sample details, cost and estimated timing for your review before you proceed with a bulk order.

Who checks the quality?

Quality requirements and inspection arrangements are discussed before the order proceeds. The manufacturing partner is responsible for producing the goods to the agreed specifications, while any additional checks or third-party inspections must be agreed separately.

How do I pay?

Payment terms are confirmed in your written quotation or order agreement. The required payment method, deposit, balance and payment milestones should be agreed before the order is confirmed.

Can I visit or see the factory?

Factory visits or virtual meetings may be possible depending on the manufacturing partner and the arrangements agreed in advance. Contact us with your request, and we'll discuss the available options.
